In a natural dealing environment, slippages are possible. However, every effort and measures is taken to ensure the slippage of the clients orders, do not put trades at an extreme disadvantages. For example, more than 97% of their orders do not suffer any slippage whatsoever and those that do, only suffer less than 1 pip of slippage.
